Jeffrey Tarr joined DigitalGlobe in 2011 as President and CEO. Under Jeff’s leadership, DigitalGlobe has grown annual revenue from $300 million to $700 million and strengthened its commitment to its purpose of Seeing a better world®. DigitalGlobe’s imagery, platforms and insights serve end-users across the U.S. government and its allies, and enable the maps and geospatial applications relied on by billions of consumers. DigitalGlobe has also expanded into geospatial analytics with its Geospatial Big Data Platform where users run hundreds of applications on DigitalGlobe’s 15-plus-year time-lapse imagery library, revealing insights that help solve critical problems. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe in 2011, Jeff served as president and COO of IHS, chairman and CEO of Hoover’s and a division president with Dun & Bradstreet, and began his career with Bain & Company. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and serves on the boards of CEB (NYSE: CEB), the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, and the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Jeff has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Timothy M. Hascall joined DigitalGlobe in October 2011 and currently serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining us, from 2004 to 2011, Tim served as a senior executive at TriZetto, most recently as President, BCBS Market. Additionally, Tim prior experience includes General Manager, North America for Equitant. Tim began his business career with Andersen Consulting, later Accenture, and was made partner in 1996. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, and achieved the rank of Major in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an imagery intelligence officer.
Dr. Walter S. Scott

Dr. Walter S. Scott is our founder and currently serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. He is responsible for DigitalGlobe’s Platform and Services Business Units, as well as space system acquisition. From 1986 through 1992, Walter held a number of technical, program, and department management positions at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, including serving as the assistant associate director of the Physics Department. Prior to this, Walter served as president of Scott Consulting, a Unix systems and applications consulting firm. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and a Doctorate and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Gary W. Ferrera joined DigitalGlobe in 2015 as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From January 2014 through January 2015, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Intrawest Resorts. From March 2013 through January 2014, Gary was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. and also served previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of National CineMedia, L.L.C., a subsidiary of National CineMedia, Inc., from May 2007 through February 2013. Gary also currently serves as a director of Colorado Public Radio. Gary holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College, magna cum laude.
Neal Anderson joined DigitalGlobe in March 1995 and was one of the company’s first employees. Neal currently serves as Senior Vice President, Space Programs where he is responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including business development and defining and procuring next-generation concepts and capabilities. Neal has more than 49 years of experience in the aerospace industry experience. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Neal held numerous engineering, program development and management positions in the United States Air Force, Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corporation and Spectrum Astro Inc. He has been directly involved in more than 30 satellite hardware and launch programs. Neal has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science degree in engineering management from the University of Dayton.
Jeff Culwell joined DigitalGlobe in 1998, and currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Operations. DigitalGlobe’s Operations serves our Commercial and US Government customers, providing low latency imagery via direct access to the satellite or via electronic terrestrial communications. Jeff is also responsible for our satellite constellation, remote ground terminals, and our customer installations enabling direct access to the constellation. Prior to DigitalGlobe, Jeff was at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory working on the Galileo mission to explore Jupiter and its moons and subsequently working on the Deep Space 1 mission to prove 13 new satellite technologies. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
Tony currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Manager of our Services business. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Tony Frazier led GeoEye’s Marketing and Communications teams and provided executive oversight of its Information Services business. In this role, Tony led strategic initiatives to reposition GeoEye’s offerings, grow revenue, and diversify the business. Prior to joining GeoEye, Tony served as Senior Director of Product Management at Cisco Systems, where he brought to market emerging technologies core to Cisco’s video and collaboration strategy. Prior to Cisco, Tony held senior marketing roles at innovative technology firms of all sizes. He served as Vice President of Americas Marketing at Infor, Senior Vice President of Marketing at iPhrase Technologies an MIT start-up acquired by IBM, and Director of Business Development at pcOrder.com. Tony began his career in strategic consulting at Bain & Company. Tony holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard University, and a Bachelors of Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Communications and MarketingExecutive Bio
Stephanie Georges has served as our SVP, Corporate Strategy, Communications and Marketing since May 2015. Stephanie was an advisory partner with Genesis, Inc., a Denver-based consultancy since June 2013 where she provided strategy and investor relations consulting to companies in a broad range of industries. Prior to Genesis, she was Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development at CenturyLink. Serving in the same role at Qwest Communications International, she was one of four senior executives selected to join the CenturyLink Leadership Team, post-merger. During her ten years at both companies, Stephanie’s responsibilities included corporate strategy, product innovation, brand strategy, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Qwest, Stephanie held various management and analyst positions including 18 years covering the Telecommunications Services sector as a top-ranked sell-side analyst on Wall Street. Stephanie joined Qwest in 2002 from Morgan Stanley where she served as senior telecommunications services analyst, and was recognized as an “All-Star Analyst” by Institutional Investor Magazine and a “Top Stock Picker” by the Wall Street Journal. Stephanie has served as a director of Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. since July 2013. Stephanie holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Wellesley College.
Fred Graffam, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and M&A, is responsible for finance activities for the company, including financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. Fred joined DigitalGlobe in 2013 and previously served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Fred served as Senior Vice President of Finance – North America and Asia Pacific for Level 3 Communications from 2012 to 2013. In that role, he led all financial operations for Level 3’s North America region with a focus on supporting growth and value creation for the business. Before Level 3, he spent 17 years with Comcast Corporation, serving as Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Beltway Region from 2008 to 2011, and as Senior Vice President-Finance, West Division from 2002 to 2008. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte. Fred has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Delaware Lerner College of Business & Economics.

Dan Jablonsky joined DigitalGlobe in 2012 and currently serves as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to DigitalGlobe, Dan was an attorney at Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck and led global legal teams while at Flextronics International LTD, a global multi-billion dollar technology supply chain company. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, and is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Additionally, Dan served as a Surface Warfare Officer and Nuclear Engineer in the U.S. Navy.
Jeff Kerridge joined DigitalGlobe in 1996 and currently serves as our Sr. Vice President of Defense and Intelligence Programs. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager responsible for the Defense and Intelligence Business Unit, which included sales, marketing, production and customer service to all international and U.S. defense/intelligence customers. Jeff joined DigitalGlobe in 1996 as director of Defense/Intelligence Sales and was appointed vice president of Sales and Marketing in 1998. In addition to sales, Jeff managed Government Relations for the company from 1998-2003. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Jeff spent nearly 12 years with the Central Intelligence Agency’s National Photographic Interpretation Center (which ultimately became a part of NGA), serving in many capacities including strategic planning, division level officer; program management, branch chief; and analyst. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in geography from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Jeff Robertson joined DigitalGlobe in February 2014 and currently serves as our Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, from 2009-2013, Jeff led the Information Technology organization at ADT Security Services, where he served as Chief Information Officer. ADT provides security, video, and home automation solutions to over 6.5 million residential customers and over 100,000 large corporations and US Government agencies. Additionally, Jeff’s prior experience includes launching of an internet start-up and serving as a Senior IT Portfolio Director at CNA Financial Services. Jeff started his career at IBM and spent ten years at Andersen Consulting (later known as Accenture) supporting global organizations. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Marcy Steinke joined DigitalGlobe in 2011 and currently serves as our Senior Vice President, Government Relations. Marcy is a retired United States Air Force Colonel with 25 years Department of Defense (DOD) experience. Marcy served as Director of Congressional Legislative Affairs for the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Most recently she served Presidents Bush and Obama as Director of The White House Operations Directorate. Marcy has served our nation in support of Iraq and Afghanistan and was a Combat Instructor Pilot. Marcy holds a B.S. in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica, a Masters of Health Service Administration from the Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business and received a Fellowship from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Foreign Politics, International Relations and the National Interest. Additionally she is a member of the Board of Trustees of the College of St. Scholastica and adjunct faculty at Arizona State University.
Jose Torres joined DigitalGlobe in January 2016, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Jose has more than 19 years of experience in public company accounting, financial planning and reporting, treasury, and audit. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Jose was the Vice President of Accounting, Financial Reporting and MIS for the ADT Corporation. Before ADT, Jose held a number of roles with Tyco International, including North America Regional Assistant Controller, Corporate Controller for SimplexGrinnell (a Division of Tyco International), Controller for optical retailer Sterling Vision and Assistant Treasurer at Safety Components International. Jose started his career in New York as a public accountant with Arthur Andersen. Jose has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business management from Boston College, and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
Grover N. Wray joined DigitalGlobe in 2011 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. His responsibilities include Human Resources, Real Estate and Facilities. Prior to DigitalGlobe, Grover led professional, organizational and leadership development initiatives as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Western Union, a Fortune 500 company based in Englewood, Colorado, and as Vice President, Leadership, Professional Development and Staffing at Janus Capital Group. Grover also held CHRO responsibilities at Heidrick & Struggles, North America and Arthur Andersen, North America. While at Andersen, in addition to leading HR, he also advised clients on change management. Grover holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Masters of Organizational Behavior, both from Brigham Young University.
Dr. Shay Har-Noy serves as Vice President, General Manager of our Platform business -- our fast pace, high growth effort to get DigitalGlobe’s 15 year digital library in the cloud and available for processing. Before joining DigitalGlobe, Shay (Shy) was founder and CEO of Tomnod, an innovative company combining crowdsourcing and machine learning to create new applications for satellite imagery. Tomnod was acquired by DigitalGlobe in early 2013 and is now a critical component of our Geospatial Big Data portfolio. Shay was previously at ViaSat where he worked on the deployment and market positioning of satellite communication systems around the globe. Shay graduated summa cum laude from Rice University with degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering and received a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering with research in image processing from UC-San Diego.

General Howell M. Estes III joined the Board of Directors in 2007, and in February 2011 was elected to serve as Chairman of the Board. General Estes is the President of Howell Estes & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm engaged primarily by aerospace companies worldwide. General Estes previously served on the Board of Trustees for The Aerospace Corporation, a provider of technical and scientific research, development, and advisory services to national-security space programs, and now serves on the Boards of Directors of Analytical Graphics, Inc., a software development company focused on spaceflight and national security, and the Air Force Academy Foundation. From 1965 to 1998, he served in the U.S. Air Force. At the time of his retirement from the Air Force, he was Commander-in-Chief of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and the United States Space Command and also Commander of the Air Force Space Command. In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Air Force Academy, he holds a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Auburn University and is a graduate of the Program for Senior Managers in Government at Harvard’s JFK School of Government.

Nick S. Cyprus joined the Board of Directors in June 2009. From December 2006 to March 2013, Mr. Cyprus was Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of General Motors Company, an automotive manufacturer. Prior to joining General Motors Company, from May 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Cyprus served as Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Interpublic Group of Companies. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Cyprus was Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at AT&T Corporation. Mr. Cyprus currently sits on the Board of Directors of Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. and is a member of its Audit Committee. Mr. Cyprus holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. Mr. Cyprus is also a certified public accountant.
Roxanne Decyk joined the Board of Directors in July 2014. Ms. Decyk retired as Executive Vice President of Global Government Relations for Royal Dutch Shell, plc, an oil, gas, chemical and refined petroleum products company, in December 2010, after serving in that position since June 2009. From 2008 until June 2009, Ms. Decyk served as Corporate Affairs and Sustainable Development Director of Royal Dutch Shell plc and from July 2005 to 2008, she served as Corporate Affairs Director. Prior thereto, Ms. Decyk was Director International of Shell International B.V., Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs and Human Resources of Shell Oil Company, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Shell International Limited. Ms. Decyk also serves as a director of Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Ensco PLC and Petrofac Ltd. and was most recently a director at Snap-on, Inc., retiring effective June 30, 2014. Ms. Decyk earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in English literature and a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University School of Law.
Lawrence A. Hough joined the Board of Directors on January 31, 2013 pursuant to the Merger Agreement with GeoEye. Previously, from June 2008 to January 2013, Mr. Hough served on the Board of Directors of GeoEye. Since January 2008, Mr. Hough has been the managing director of Stuart Mill Venture Partners, L.P., a venture capital investment firm. From January 1997 to the present, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stuart Mill Capital, Inc. From 2008 to the present, he has served on the Boards of Appistry, Inc. and Marrone Organics Innovations, Inc., both privately held companies. From 1985 to the present, he has served as a trustee of the Shakespeare Theatre Company, a non-profit organization; and since 2006, he has served as a trustee for the Levine School of Music, a non-profit organization. Mr. Hough served as a director of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., a provider of integrated technology and payment solutions for financial institutions, from 2005 to 2009 and was chairman of its nominating and governance committee. Mr. Hough holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Warren C. Jenson
Warren C. Jenson joined the Board of Directors in 2008. Mr. Jenson is Chief Financial Officer of Acxiom Corporation, an enterprise data, analytics and marketing services company. From 2008 through 2011 he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Silver Spring Networks., a networking platform and solutions provider for smart grid energy networks. From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Jenson served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Administrative Officer of Electronic Arts, Inc. Before joining Electronic Arts, Mr. Jenson served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Amazon.com, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. From 1998 to 1999, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Delta Air Lines. Prior to that, he worked in several positions as part of the General Electric Company. Most notably, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for the National Broadcasting Company, a subsidiary of General Electric. Mr. Jenson currently serves as a director of TapJoy, Inc., a monetization and distribution services provider for mobile applications, and Intematix Corporation, an LED material development company, each of which is a privately held corporation. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy-Business Taxation from Brigham Young University.
L. Roger Mason
L. Roger Mason, Jr. joined the Board of Directors on October 21, 2015. Dr. Mason is a Senior Vice President at Noblis, a nonprofit research corporation, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). He previously served as Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Systems and Resource Analyses, where he was awarded the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the intelligence community’s highest award. Dr. Mason has served in a number of senior executive positions in the national security sector including Vice President at Noblis, Director at the Institute for Defense Analyses, and General Manager of the Advanced Systems Group at General Dynamics (formerly Veridian). Earlier in his career, he led a number of advanced programs combining technology development, system integration, and field operations for military and intelligence missions. Dr. Mason holds doctorate and master’s degrees in engineering physics (nuclear) from the University of Virginia, a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from The George Washington University.
Kimberly Till joined the Board of Directors in October 2010. Ms. Till is currently the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Morf Media, a gamification (digital marketing) and casual social games company. Prior to Morf Media, Ms. Till was a director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Interactive, a global leader in custom market research and publishers of The Harris Poll®, from October 2008 through June 2011. Ms. Till was responsible for the global management of the company, which included operations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia. From 2006 to 2008, Ms. Till was President then Chief Executive Officer of the North America Custom business of Taylor Nelson Sofres, a market research company. From 2003 to 2006, Ms. Till served as Vice President of the U.S. then the Worldwide Media and Entertainment Group, Communications Sector, at Microsoft. Earlier in her career, Ms. Till served as Senior Vice President of International Operations and General Manager of AOL International, and as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing for Sony Corporation of America. Ms. Till holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Alabama, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University Law School.
Eddy Zervigon joined the Board of Directors in March 2014, and was a director of the Company from 2004 until January 31, 2013. He is currently a Principal at the investment firm Alta Loma Energy, and from 1997 to February 2012, he worked for Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, most recently as a Managing Director of its Principal Investments Group. Mr. Zervigon also serves as a director of Bloom Energy and has previously served as a board member of MMCinemas, Impsat Fiber Networks, Inc., TVN Entertainment Corporation and Stadium Capital. Mr. Zervigon has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Tax from Florida International University and also has a Master in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Mr. Zervigon is also a certified public accountant.
