Your use of DigitalGlobe Cloud Services and the DigitalGlobe products made available to you in your account is subject to and governed by the Product Terms and Conditions (including the License Terms) available online at www.digitalglobe.com/terms-use and in effect on the dates provided in your account creation email provided by DigitalGlobe Technical Support. However, if you have previously entered into a license or service agreement with DigitalGlobe, Inc. covering your use of DGCS and the other DigitalGlobe products, the terms and conditions of that agreement (“Existing Agreement”) will apply. By accessing or using DGCS, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand and agree to the Product Terms or Existing Agreement, as applicable. If you do not agree to the applicable terms of use, do not access DGCS.
